My Design Process and How I Present

My client had a national sales conference coming up and the theme was "Sell To Win". he said he wanted some type of imagery or logo to accompany this theme, but he had absolutely nothing in mind. He specifically said that it really had nothing to do with the company brand standards and that it should be somewhat of a piece that lived on it's own. He wanted to include a couple of other members of the sales and marketing team to make a final decision, but he asked if he could see multiple options.

That's a pretty broad range for a creative brief and to be honest kind of a generic theme. I told him I would deliver a round of 5 distinctly different approaches and 3 iterations of each approach. I have represented one iteration of each approach on this page.

The client was pleased with the different options, and thanked me for exploring many ways of expressing the theme. He picked one of the options I gave him, and we had no further rounds of revisions. I really enjoy it when the client is happy with first round!
